Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 29, 2026 · Last updated: July 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Investor Dinner Club ("IDC," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you visit investordinner.club and its event pages (the "Site"), register interest, RSVP for an event, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with our services. It also describes the choices and rights you have. Please read it carefully. By using the Site or submitting your information, you acknowledge the practices described here.
1. Who We Are
Investor Dinner Club hosts private, invitation-only educational dinners and related events for accredited investors, at which third-party companies present investment opportunities. IDC is the operator of this Site and the host of the events promoted on it. Each investment opportunity presented at an event is offered directly by the presenting company, not by IDC.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you register or RSVP, we collect your first and last name, email address, mobile phone number, self-reported accredited-investor status, investable-liquidity range, guest details, and any information you include in messages to us.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our providers automatically collect technical and usage data, including IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages and content viewed, links clicked, session activity, approximate location derived from IP, and timestamps. We collect this through cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies.
Advertising and attribution data. We may collect click identifiers and cookies set by advertising platforms (for example a Meta click ID, fbclid, or the _fbp / _fbc cookies) so we can measure and attribute the performance of our advertising.
3. Cookies, Pixels & Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and improve our marketing. These include:
- Meta Pixel and Conversions API. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to understand how our ads perform and to reach relevant audiences. These tools may transmit hashed, non-readable identifiers (such as a hashed email address or phone number) and event data to Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta processes this data in accordance with its own data policy.
- PostHog. We use PostHog for product analytics, funnel measurement, session insights, and heatmaps to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve it.
- Essential and functional cookies. Required for the Site to function and to remember your form progress.
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the Site may not work properly without them. You can also manage the ads you see and your ad-related data through the settings offered by Meta and other advertising platforms.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To process your RSVP and confirm, coordinate, and manage your event attendance.
- To contact you by phone, email, and text message about your RSVP, event logistics, and related opportunities.

5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share your information only as described below:
- Service providers. Vendors who help us operate the Site and events, including our customer-relationship-management (CRM) and communication platforms, calendar and booking tools, and hosting providers.
- The presenting company. When you register for an event featuring a specific company, we share your registration details with that company and its authorized representatives so they can follow up with you regarding their opportunity.

7. Email Communications & CAN-SPAM

We honor opt-out requests promptly as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. We may still send you non-promotional messages about your existing RSVP.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Investment & Legal Disclaimer
Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any securities, nor investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Events are for accredited investors only. All investment opportunities presented at Investor Dinner Club events are made directly by the presenting companies through their own formal offering documents and are subject to their own terms, disclosures, and regulatory requirements. Private-company and venture investments involve substantial risk, including illiquidity and the possible loss of all capital invested. Past performance is not indicative of, and does not guarantee, future results. Any forward-looking statements are goals or beliefs, not guarantees. You should consult your own financial, legal, and tax advisors before making any investment decision.
13. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and tools that we do not control, including presenting companies' sites and booking widgets. This policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
